Our Original Owner WARRANTY is straight forward.  If the reel fails within 5 years of purchase,  mail it to us or drop it off at our store (842 S. Wellwood Ave, Lindenhurst, NY) and we will repair it or replace it for free. Your only cost is return shipping (standard USPS rates).  You may also mail or drop off the reel once a year for 5 years to receive free maintenance service (return shipping applies).
